Work-Based  Learning

Picture
Ed Allen
Cooperative Education Coordinator

Work-based learning allows 11th and 12th  grade students to leave campus early to gain work
experience by working a part-time job from different career choices. Benefits: the employer can
fill entry level jobs and the students learn soft skills and gain work experience. The program is
the first step in building a local work force for tomorrow.
